  • Our Élan Gold Wellness Plan ($35 per month) offers services such as 2 cleanings, 2 exams, 2 fluoride treatments, whitening, X-rays and more. Plans receive up to 20% off additional dental treatments (excludes Invisalign).
  • We also offer Diamond, periodontal (4 cleanings) and reduced cost plans for children and seniors ($29 per month) and families (5% discount).
