Meet Dr. Judy Kwon
Dr. Judy Kwon is a native North Carolinian who first came to the D.C. Metro area in 1996 for a health policy internship. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, she remained at the university to continue her dental education. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry in 2001 with honors.
Prior to starting her private practice in Reston, VA, Dr. Kwon completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at University of California at Los Angeles Medical Center in 2002. In 2004, she made the state of Virginia her home.
Dr. Kwon continues to pursue post-graduate training at top dental training institutes, including the Las Vegas Institute, the Seattle Institute, the Pankey Institute, and the Nash Institute for Dental Learning. By knowing the current scientific literature and latest techniques, she can give the best quality of care to her patients. She has been recognized as a Top Dentist by Virginia Living Magazine and the National Consumer Advisory Board.
Dr. Kwon feels immense joy from improving patients' smiles. She is known for her gentle and compassionate care. While she has enjoyed treating the smiles of South Riding, her care goes beyond her community. She has offered her services to a range of patients in need, whether it's an orphanage in Mexico or on a medical mission trip to Ecuador. She has devoted her 20-year career to providing excellent and compassionate dental care. She always has her patient's best interest at heart.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin, and chasing after her two active sons, Luke and Michael. Their youngest family member is Bonnie, a Maltese/Shih-tzu bundle of joy.
Meet Dr. Gurvina Arora
Born and raised in the greater Northern Virginia area, Dr. Gurvina Arora has deep roots in her community. Her education began at Virginia Tech, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences (2017). While there, she forged lasting connections, including meeting her husband.
Continuing her pursuit of excellence, she obtained her DDS from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry (2022) and completed her General Practice Residency at Albert Einstein Medical Center (2023).
Dr. Arora is not just a dentist; she's a passionate advocate for improving patients' oral health. She brings energy and dedication to her profession, ensuring every patient receives personalized and top-notch care.
A lifelong learner, Dr. Arora pursues ongoing education opportunities to stay informed about the latest advancements in dentistry. This enables her to provide the best care possible to everyone she treats.
Beyond the dental chair, you'll find Dr. Arora exploring her diverse interests, from traveling and reading to honing her culinary skills. She's also an avid runner and enthusiastic skier.
Meet Dr. Yun Suk Noh
Dr. Yun Suk Noh, known by his patients as Dr. Bryan Noh, started his education at the University of Michigan. While there, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in cell molecular biology and a Master of Science in biomedical engineering. Then he went to Boston University to earn his DMD degree.
Knowing he wanted to specialize in periodontics as an undergrad, Dr. Noh attended Columbia University for his residency in periodontics. He received extensive training in all aspects of periodontics, including surgical and nonsurgical periodontal therapy, mucogingival surgery, bone grafting, dental implants, and more.
Dr. Noh believes dental care should focus on the patient, with treatment plans tailored to each individual's specific needs. He ensures all treatments are evidence-based with scientific backing. His approach emphasizes not only oral health but also the patient's overall well-being.
Dr. Noh was raised in various parts of the world since childhood. As a result, he enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures. He also likes to snowboard during winter.
